Ashanti bean bags are part of the new up-cycling movement, reducing the amount of cut-offs that would go to a landfill. Our project provides an income for rural villagers while empowering them along the way. 
Every piece is carefully handcrafted on the self-same looms of many years ago and no two items produced are alike.  The eclectic mix of natural fibers and modern fabric off-cuts makes this material totally unique to our team of weavers.
Their natural sense of color depicts the raw, beautiful nature in which they live and is captured in this finely crafted product.
